As a biology graduate, I have been fascinated by fish my whole life. It all started with an aquarium – and from then on, I was hooked: Water and fish became my constant companions. After gaining my degree in biology, I worked as an ichthyologist for ten years.
In 2013, at a food fair, I came across JOSÉ Gourmet, a producer of quality canned fish from Portugal. This brand was to be the start of my journey into the world of canned fish. Since then, we have been importing canned fish as a wholesaler from some of the most renowned producers in Europe, supplying retailers in Germany and Austria.
